What is the Office of Workforce Development?

The Office of Workforce Development in Human Resources offers a number of opportunities for employees to enhance their job skills. This office provides free career and academic counseling, college placement testing, on-site pre-college prep courses in math, reading and English and college-level science courses. Workforce Development also offers free on-site English classes for non-native English speakers.

What is EAP in hospital?

Employee Assistance Program. You and members of your household may take advantage of the hospital's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) which provides confidential counseling for issues small or large. The EAP also provides free legal and financial consultation as well as helpful work/life resources.

How many hours do you have to work to get earned time?

You are eligible for earned time if you are regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week. Based on the current ET accrual rates, full-time employees scheduled to work 40 hours a week accrue 28 days annually. You will earn additional days as your years of service increase.

Does Fidelity invest in 403b?

There is no match or CORE contribution to the 403 (b) Plan.
