I gave almost 10yrs to the company and i would be lying if i said i didnt miss it. Management leaves alot to be desired. I think that if i had gotten more help and not told we cant afford to hire any help i would probably have stayed. I miss my customers and the job itself.

Want more advancement opportunity..better hours...and more money...if you are good at your job it is hard to get them to let you move up..there is no sick time no personal time and vacation time takes forever to get..also the raise system is not fair..
