Hieco was a temp job, I did inventory on air craft parts, count all the parts, then at times I would work in the office and fax some paperwork, and my copies also.
They knew my qualifications, but I was given a hard time, in spite of it
I have worked for some of the top companies in machining. This is the first company that wanted to me to be a first class machinist, by Just pushing a button.

Good job security
The company offers good job security with good benefits but the management within particular departments should be reviewed and reconsidered. The workplace culture is not progressive and the the initial job training program is non-existent which provides several obstacles in the early stages of employment.
Seemed okay but was under tight deadlines and was stressful
I was a consultant for the company only for a short period of time. I was not exposed to much in the way of opportunities, culture, or management in general.
