How often does Phoenix Children’s Hospital track my progress?

The system updates daily to track your progress. An internal applicant is defined as a paid employee of Phoenix Children’s Hospital. **Please note that Sodexo, Trident and volunteer applicants are not considered "internal employees".**

How do I login to my child's patient portal?

Your child's portal can be accessed after receiving your email invitation. Please log in through the link provided in the body of the invitation to fully set up the account. Looking for Immunizations?

Immunizations are no longer available in Phoenix Children’s patient portal at this time. To access immunization information visit the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) webpage. Please note this may not be a complete immunization record due to limitations with reporting to ADHS.
