Youth voice has a tremendous impact on program participation and program outcomes, both short term and long term.” ProYouth provides comprehensive expanded learning programs at the elementary, middle, and high school sites throughout Tulare and Monterey Counties. We provide services from the time school is out, until 6:00 in the evening.

Proyouth is a good company for college students pursuing a career in teaching or other related fields. The Mother that needs a little extra income can benefit as well. The company tends to hire within its structure for higher positions which I find very refreshing. It is currently in a rebuilding phase so there is an abundance of improvements that can be made.

Working with children. Feeling like your doing something fulfilling. Start out making above minimum wage. Convenient working hours, Monday through Friday and all weekends off.
Steady job but part time
If you’re looking for a long term job this will do. Part time though, full time if you’re a site director.

HR is irresponsible Has not been following COVID protocols correctly so a lot of kids and staff have been affected
