Does Kaiser EPO have a deductible?
Deductible — The Kaiser EPO medical plan option has a deductible that you must meet before the plan begins to pay coinsurance. The deductible does apply to your out-of-pocket maximum. Out-of-Pocket Maximum — The out-of-pocket maximum is the most you will pay out-of-pocket during the plan year.
