Great people, management could do more to help the crews succeed

The field crews are great to work with, but the management could do more by pre-fielding jobs to help the crews be more efficient and successful. The benefits are good though.

It was a good place to work

Unfortunately they had a rough start in Oregon but it was a great place to work. Honestly I think they were too nice and relaxed on field workers. Wish they would have been more strict about paper work and I think they would have lasted longer.

Great people. Tough business

A lot of good people. Not much seniority in the company. Most people there less than 2 years that I met. A lot of overworked project managers. It's a tough industry.

Mis-leading job with little pay and no career advancement

Their job application is not what it is made out to be.

The worst place in the world to work, Starting with HR and going to management. All together HORRIABLE. You would be told 15 different things and do what is legally correct and you would be wrong. They were okay with not filling taxes and other items that should be done, with each payroll

Fast paced, great if you know the telco businesses

It is a great company to work for, lots of work and long hours but you will make good money in this business. You will find that each department works closely to make things run smoothly.

The management team has a lot to be desired

Coming from a high management background I was appalled at how I was treated as a team member outside of the management team. When you are in charge of a team you need to be apart of that team at all times and that was not demonstrated within my area of the company.
