Great Benefits. Positive work environment, great staff. Computerized charting

As the Float RN, The travel was not bad. the Regional Admin. did a wonderful job of scheduling worktime. Travel reimbursement is great! Hours vary, I would only apply if you are a seasoned RN. You really have to walk into a clinic and work per their norm, so experience is a plus~

Overall good place to work at

There’s teamwork and camaraderie among staff, the pay is average, benefits are available if you want them, company matches 401K. Overall work environment is conducive in the outpatient setting.

Under staffed and over worked

Always under staffed, unfair pay and late with raises. Management only supports you as long as your views are the same as theirs. Toxic environment with favoritism, high turn over rates, lies from management, and overall unrealistic work load.

great company that cares

I have worked for a couple different dialysis company's and usrc is defiantly the best I feel like they really care for staff and patients and the pay and benefits are great!

Productive workplace

Work environment is great. Does not pay well for Unit Clerk. The management is decent. My coworkers were great and always helpful. If you are looking to advance in the company, the only way is to be an RN.

overall satisfied

As a renal dietitian at a suburb area, overall good and comparable benefits are a plus. Job is secure. Can be stressful due to every day outcome, challenging patients, interaction among coworkers, etc. Hour is very flexible but remote is not supported for dietitians at this time.
