If you want a place that talks bad about you to other employees by all means go for it. But this place will work you to the bones and sheets make you feel replaceable

It is a fun place to work and the culture is great. It really elevates the idea of a normal burger joint. Great product and even better people that work there.
Working atmosphere
I do enjoy working for Bad Daddy’s. With COVID, we have been extremely short staffed which can be stressful. I highly recommend working for this company if you are looking for a part time job.
Amazing at promoting autonomy
If you love having the ability to be creative and spontaneous when serving guests this place is right for you. If you aren't thick skinned and can not handle your coworkers being disrespectful to you then be weary, the kitchen is always demoralizing the staff if they aren't trying to sleep with you.
Fast pace work environment
Working here was awesome. If you can keep up with the volume of customers, you definitely have the opportunity to make great money. Everyone is very friendly there and they are super flexible with your schedule.
Bad Management, Unprofessional, Toxic
The employee control the managers. So the "managers dont manage at all. Employees run everything. Managers are rude and unprofessional, and have no boundaries. They have inappropriate conversations with employees. Everyone is in everyone's buisness, so its always drama. It's like a hang out place.
